I have more than 15 years of experience of working in the information technology with continuous involvement in the whole System Development Life Cycle. I am experienced in requirements analysis, system analysis, database design, system design, development, support and testing. My core technical expertise are SQL RDBMS, Oracle PL/SQL, Oracle Forms and Report. As a business analyst, I’ve worked on banking,reinsurance, logistics and gas industry. I’m experienced in different BA tools and techniques, from requirements analysis, documentation, backlog management etc. I have excellent analytical, research, organizational, and problem-solving abilities. I have a strong ability to build relationships and work collaboratively within the company organization and clients. I have good work ethics and attitude which make me easy to work with. As a system developer and designer, I am experienced in end-to-end Involvement in the implementation of the core banking system in North Africa and lead the development team to deliver ahead of time with minimal issues. Assisted the migration team to analyze migration data to be consistent with the system requirements which avoided production critical issues during live. Was the main production support contact for banks across Middle East and North Africa which lessened production issues by providing accurate bug analysis and quality delivery.
