About Loviena Dasture

Hello, please allow me to introduce myself. I am Loviena, a young MBA grad, who has had quite the journey so far. 12 years of schooling spread across 6-7 cities, 5 years of B-school(s) away from home, and of course the countless lessons beyond the four walls of all the institutes have seen me grow into an efficient, adaptable, culturally sensitive and curious individual. My undergrad journey saw me traverse through the path of a dual specialization, namely that of Marketing & International Business. Which I decided to complement with a Master’s degree in Innovation & Entrepreneurship. I am currently working for the world's leading TX (Total automation) platform, yellow.ai; and I am responsible for generating/nurturing high quality leads at the partnership level. Needless to say, I have had quite an experience exploring and learning from different functions and have concluded that although a healthy work-life balance is imperative, I have discovered that there is a beautiful concoction created by the infusion of my personal and professional lives together. The lessons I learn in my personal relationships, help me to understand and empathize with my colleagues and clients, and the way I choose to educate myself has helped me grow on a personal level too.
