About Loyal Winborn

I have enjoyed many wonderful projects in IT. I helped write some of the original Federal Drug Court Database systems still in use to this day well over 20 years ago. We have built 24/7 emergency call centers and more in my early days of IT Project management and leadership.I have gone on to assist the Federal Government in computer security and cyber forensics. I have taught these subjects as well at the college level for nearly a decade. I am skilled in firewalls, routers, switches, servers, cloud infrastructure, phone systems, and more. I enjoy managing budgets, projects, employees, and the excitement of starting new projects or revamping and renewing old systems and projects as well.I specialize in new system deployments or old system rebuilds. There is great satisfaction in rebuilding and improving networks, and systems.I have managed many programing and networking projects. I try to instill a fun workplace environment with positive fast-paced energy to complete projects and goals all can be proud of. I am never afraid to roll up my sleaves and lead from the work floor and do the work I expect of others. I do not lack hands-on and will not be left out when new configs and upgrades are being done. I will not lose skills while managing budgets, timelines, and employees. I am also trained in and have taught computer and cell phone forensics with Access Data, Paraben, Oxygen, and EnCase Forensics. I love IT and all it entails. Creating, rebuilding, and maintaining infrastructure or IT projects is my super-power.
