About Lu Gilchrist

Currently, I am a Corporate Manager of Contracts responsible for overseeing GSA contracts that range in performance of work supporting complex ballistic missile & ground defense, space payload, satellite communications, cyber and military unified enterprise resource planning systems contracts. Responsibilities include key leader in proposal pursuits, contracting controls, developing risk reduction matrix, and maintaining program & organization integrity of all contract documents. I bring to the table a value added contracts posture and continuously build strategic relationships amongst our Government, Commercial and Program Management teams across the company. Directly responsible for the oversight of multiple teams supporting proposals and contract development across business functions such as global supply chain /subcontracts /finance. Proactively working with Program Management, Business Management, Global Supply Chain and Business Development Management to ensure performing business units within the organization are achieving financial goals and pivoting to higher profit work and contract types. Establishing team and individual development business rhythms across all programs and new business efforts to support our customer.
