I have spent my career at the intersection of technology, leadership, and high-growth startups, making bold ideas into scalable, industry-changing products and businesses. My journey began in third grade when I first encountered an Apple II computer. Determined to understand how it worked under the hood, I figured out how to access the OS terminal and print the BASIC code for its programs—this experience ignited my lifelong passion for technology. That same curiosity has driven me throughout my career, as I grew from a hands-on engineer to a strategic technology leader. Over the past 25 years, I have served in key leadership roles to build and scale numerous products and startups—taking them from concept to MVP, initial traction, product-market fit, and ultimately scaling to become industry leaders. I work directly with founders and CEOs to translate vision into reality, defining and executing on the business, product, and technology strategies that enable long-term success. My experience driving innovation spans large enterprise and high-growth startups serving customers across segments and business models including enterprise and SMB B2B, B2C, and marketplace. While at Oracle, I worked in an innovative startup team within the company, developing a platform and product that scaled to become a company-wide internal service (displacing many tens of thousands of Microsoft servers) and also adopted by large enterprise and government customers. At Flock Freight, I have built and led our technology organization, platform, and products from scratch, starting from initial seed financing through to Series E, guiding a team that pioneered and patented category-creating innovations in logistics and sustainability. My leadership philosophy is centered on empowering teams, fostering a culture of excellence, and enabling focus with strategic clarity. The teams I led have delivered transformative technology and successful products and grown to become leaders themselves. I thrive in high-growth, high-impact environments where innovative technology solves real-world problems. I’m especially passionate about clean tech, which to me is about leveraging technology to reduce waste, optimize processes, and create scalable and sustainable solutions.
