About Lu Xing

I’m a data scientist and AI engineer with a strong foundation in water and a growing focus on enterprise AI. I started my career working on energy optimization, water loss management, and pump station monitoring—developing smart, data-driven solutions to improve the efficiency and resilience of urban water systems. Over time, my work evolved into real-time analytics and anomaly detection using high-frequency meter data. That experience laid the groundwork for my current role: designing and building enterprise AI platforms that connect to diverse data sources like SharePoint, Confluence, and Microsoft Graph. Right now, I’m also leading the development of an AI-powered Market & Competitive Intelligence agent, while serving as a Scrum Master to support an agile, high-impact AI operations team. Outside of work, I’m a proud mom of three little ones—always learning how to juggle innovation, leadership, and bedtime stories.
