My academic journey has deepened my passion for sustainability, and I am enthusiastic about contributing to corporate sustainability efforts that drive business growth while making a positive impact on society and the environment.Prior to my studies, I gained four years of experience as a headhunter in Shanghai, specializing in the real estate and sustainability sectors. This role honed my skills in project management, client relations, and talent acquisition. I am excellent in capturing industry trends, identifying key opportunities, and collaborating with diverse stakeholders.I am now seeking a full-time role as a Sustainability Specialist in the Netherlands, where I can apply my expertise and passion to help organizations achieve their ESG goals.
