As a legal professional with 10 years of experience, I work in the analysis of bidding and contractual processes, with special attention to the hiring of companies and non-profit social organizations. My expertise includes the evaluation of addendum terms, supplements, and the analysis of their implications. I have participated in strategic international negotiations, even serving as the focal point for the G20 in the state of Bahia, representing the Ministry of Health, always aligned with institutional objectives. I am also responsible for the analysis and response to legal proceedings involving the public entity, as well as managing processes originating from control bodies, such as the Public Prosecutor’s Office, Public Defender’s Office, Audits, etc. I have a prominent role in conducting internal processes aimed at continuous improvement and in the development of technical advisory, a position I have held for over 4 years as a coordinator. It is important to highlight that I verify the compliance of legal documents, focusing on the correct use of state resources, as well as evaluating processes for potential financial transfers. Throughout my career, I have also been responsible for drafting opinion drafts for Attorneys General of the State of Bahia. Therefore, I have solid experience in a strategic, results-oriented approach, managing high-complexity situations such as the COVID-19 crisis, providing quick and effective solutions.
