With over 24 years of work experience in marketing communications, I am passionate about creating and executing innovative and effective campaigns that promote and grow the businesses I work with. I have a strong background in integrated marketing, marketing strategy, direct mail, and social media, and I enjoy working with diverse and talented teams to achieve our shared goals. As the Marketing Communications Manager at The Toro Company, I am responsible for leading and managing the development and implementation of marketing communications plans and materials for various product lines and markets. In my current role, I work closely with marketing leads to develop long and short-term strategic goals and campaigns that align with the company's vision and values. I prepare and manage integrated marketing campaigns that include print, digital, in-store, and direct mail channels, and I oversee all phases of the developmental process, from creative concept to execution and evaluation. I also select and manage external creative, advertising, and public relations agencies, and coordinate and monitor social media campaigns through Facebook, X (formerly Twitter), and Instagram. Additionally, I ensure that all marketing communications are consistent, accurate, and compliant with the company's brand standards and legal requirements.
