Leading an executive team—including the Director of Development, Director of Programs, Facilities Manager, and Operations and Sales Manager—I assess our organizational capacity to implement strategies while identifying and addressing any gaps in systems and staffing. I take pride in overseeing the operational and fiscal integrity of our organization, ensuring that our facilities are maintained to the highest standards in alignment with our strategic goals. I also play a crucial role in talent management, conducting interviews, reviewing staff performance, and addressing any concerns with professionalism and a commitment to development. My passion extends to creating and leading marketing initiatives that promote awareness of our programs and activities, effectively communicating our mission to the community.
