About Lubomir Celar

25+ years of pioneering digital media production, content management, digital broadcasting, IPTV, CGI Special effects for movies, home entertainment, software development (time-critical software applications, production systems, graphics algorithms for film postproduction). In 1991 co-founded a video/broadcast integrator Visual Connection Inc.(in 2008 acquired by Kit digital Inc- NASDAQ: ‘KITD’). In 1994 co-founded an Emmy and Oscar Awarded postproduction facility UPP – Universal Production Partners, Inc, an instrumental player in the film/SFX industry in Europe today. In 1998 run a restructuralization of a multimedia company Digital Media Production, Inc. became a major shareholder, in 2011 agreed on M&A with Kit digital Inc. Major focus nowadays: in Loyalty Code Ltd. supporting innovative start-ups (in social networks, digital media marketing, data mining, photography, strategic purchasing, real-time auctions, AI in construction engineering). Also he´s been managing businesses, investments and legal governance of other companies (media, IT, manufacturing) as a chairman or consultant. During his tenure within digital media and IT Luboš’ s teams have been the recipients of numerous globally recognized industry awards e.g. Deloitte´s Fastest growing IT company (3 x in CEE, 2x in Europe), Emmy Award (Children of the Dune TV series, and a few more nominations), Oscar (Blade Runner 2049), 2x DVD Champion for best production company in Germany, to name a few.
