With over 9 years of experience at Ingredion, a leading global ingredient solutions provider, I am passionate about delivering value to our customers and driving growth and excellence for our sales team. As the VP of Global Key Accounts and Sales Excellence, I lead the strategic development and execution of our key account program and sales excellence program, leveraging my expertise in international sales, business strategy, and key account management. I also bring diverse perspectives and experiences to the team, as I speak three languages and have worked in different regions and markets across the world. In my current role, I manage the relationships and partnerships with our global key accounts, which are some of the largest and most influential food and beverage companies in the world. I define and implement customized strategies for each account, based on their needs, goals, and market trends, and ensure that we deliver strong mutual growth and customer satisfaction. I also lead the sales excellence program, which aims to build skills and capabilities to differentiate Ingredion's sales force and better support and grow our customers. I develop a long-term roadmap for the program, covering areas such as sales training, coaching, tools, processes, and best practices. Additionally, I collaborate with other senior leaders and stakeholders across the organization to align our sales objectives and activities with our overall corporate vision and mission.
