Hello! My name is Luc. I see every challenge as a way of growing and developing as a person and that is what motivates me every day. Call it Over the years, I have been involved in numerous projects in the Energy sector and have led teams to deliver innovative solutions. At the same time, my private interest in social issues, sustainable development and education has developed into my personal goal. Today, it shapes a lot of my decisions. I have come to realize that true success starts with understanding who you are and what kind of person you want to be in this world. Do I work for myself, or do I work for others? I have learned that the enhancement of others can also be my own. At home, I apply the same principles. After life tough me better, I have reflected deeply on what kind of husband and father I wanted to be. I am grateful to now prioritize my family’s needs and spend meaningful time together. I am also passionate about helping others keep their families strong. I volunteer with Indian orphanages. Honestly, I used to chase the world’s big goals— you know, success, money, even fame in music production, but supporting children’s education and their well-being has shown me that serving others can be the greatest source of joy. I have seen the power of a people-centered workplace where personal growth matters just as much as financial results.
