Luc is an in-House Legal Counsel specialising in Business and IP Law who provides legal counsel and business guidance in English and French. His primary responsibilities include drafting, reviewing, and negotiating service agreements, partnership agreements, consumer contracts and licensing agreements, advising on new product and service development and marketing, advising on Internet policy matters, ensuring compliance with industry regulations, and enforcing intellectual property rights. Luc also acts as company secretary for each entity of the Namespace Group.
