With over 20 years in the ICT industry and more than 5 years focused on the digital transformation of MedTech companies and the digitalization of the healthcare ecosystem, I am dedicated to driving change through technology. I am passionate about integration of digital and traditional channels and leveraging Artificial Intelligence also to improve organizational effectiveness. My background includes experience in Marketing & Sales, Project and Product Management through Agile Methodology and Innovation Management. Along these years I have been focusing on finding innovative products and improving customer experiences. I am skilled in service development, launching products commercially, setting pricing strategies, and entering new markets, especially in complex multinational environments. As a Product Owner for Mobile Apps in a Digital Accelerator/Agile Tribe, I have led teams of professionals and developers. I have also managed digital channels solutions in a Digital Transformation Programme and overseen digital marketing and CRM for B2B target segments.
