Background

About Luca Bartolucci

I’ve grown within the programmatic advertising ecosystem by moving from hands-on campaign execution to designing how Operations works at scale. My background in performance marketing across major European markets shaped a strong experimental mindset: test, measure, iterate; then systematize what works.Today, as Global Operations Enablement Lead, I focus on building the infrastructure behind performance: scalable operating models, smarter workflows, platform governance, and automation that turns complexity into clarity. I work at the intersection of Operations, Product, Tech, and Data to transform day-to-day challenges into structured solutions that empower teams globally.Curious by nature, I’m particularly driven by automation and AI, not as buzzwords, but as practical tools to eliminate friction, reduce manual work, and unlock better decision-making.Outside the adtech world, I’m a pianist and composer with four albums on streaming platforms. Structure and creativity have never been opposites for me: they’re the same language, expressed differently.
