Joining Argo Tractors marked an important turning point: I wanted to test myself in managerial contexts, bringing into the agricultural machinery sector the evolved network vision I had developed in the automotive world. Starting as an Area Sales Manager, I gained experience in dealer coordination, performance control, and commercial network development. Over time, my role evolved into a more cross-functional scope, focused on network development, data analysis, standard definition, commercial process optimization, and CRM-driven digital transformation. I’ve led and supported projects aimed at developing the dealer network and continuously improving organizational performance, delivering both operational solutions and strategic insights. Daily collaboration with Area Managers, Marketing, After Sales, and Top Management has strengthened my role as a “bridge” between departments, with a holistic view and a strong drive for innovation. Today, I continue investing in my professional development with the goal of contributing to network growth, brand value, and process evolution within the automotive, agri-tech or premium brand industries.
