About Luca Boriani

Frontend Dev : js, css, html and a long list of buzzwords -Back-end Dev : nodejs, php and a shorter list of buzzwords -Multimedia Edit/create/live performance Although frontend is my specialization, I've a solid understanding of all the aspects that are involved in the lifecycle of a digital product, from product inception to company scale up. I'm quiet, friendly and easy going. I give (and ask for) respect to anybody, no matter the status or seniority level. Coming from an artistic/creative background the transition between designer/creative to frontend developer has been a kind of natural choice and this makes me absolutely comfortable dealing with techies, designers and creatives alike. As an agnostic frontend dev I'm no “framework's advocate”, and after 20+ years of professional experience I can handle any aspect of a web application's frontend, no matter the stack. That said, learning is my “weapon of choice” as I'm always eager to experiment, test, discuss and finally adopt better solutions in the ever changing landscape of web development. I work fully remote 4 days a week with success since 2015. Aside from coding, I'm also proficient with a wide range of software and technical equipment ( video and audio editing creation, graphic design, cameras, microphones, mixers.) and have dealt with the many aspects of multimedia creation : from the idea to the finished product. Outside the (home) office I often play live electronic music (I'm co-founder of Rexistenz records, a small but respected underground label) and collaborate to various projects with artists from Italy and abroad.
