About Luca Caligaris

Installation Project Manager with 15+ years experience in the Energy Industry and demonstrated history on leading and supporting NU and Upgrade BH projects. Starting Career as Service Eng./Site Manager in Industrial & Power Plant worldwide (EMEA,APAC and LATAM), building up strong problem solving, troubleshooting and at same time becoming an excellent communicator and skilled manager, thanks to my experience on leading different multicultural team and commercial relationship with different Customers. In 2015 joined BH as Lead Commissioning Eng, where i've improved previous mentioned skills to an higher level. Building up a deep knowledge on BH products and processes and creating a strong networking with most of Engineering departments in particular participating multiple Technical WO (NOVA LT Family-Lean Pipeline, SeaSmart). In parallel I've conducted multiple Commissioning meetings with Customer as ENI, PETRONAS, PETRONOR, REPSOL, TECHNIP. and in parallel lead new hired candidates during their project assignment inside BH. Now as EU/SSA Installation Project Manager, I'm leading several onshore/offshore projects, supporting them on technical discussion thanks to my background and improving meantime Financial skills and Program management. Recently assigned on Hassi R'mel 3 Step 2 project as Installation Project Manager
