About Luca Casale

Since the early years of my working experience, I have had the opportunity to work for multinational companies in the service business and in the production industry as well. The need to optimize processes and organizations, while maintaining high quality levels for customer service, permitted me to get an understanding of the logics that govern complex companies. My Job journey has been giving me the experience to manage the business within the MME region, to relate with clients and to capture their needs. Covering the role within the executive teams, I focus on reviewing the Operation’s and Sales’ processes, according to the Group Strategy, with the aim to react to the market challenges and changes. My experience makes me be fully aware that the "continuous improvement" has no borders and the complex situations can be properly dealt with in a team.
