About Luca Chiesa

I help companies and sales teams improve their results while creating positive customer and employee experiences. Selling is crucial, but customer satisfaction and loyalty, are what truly make the difference. With over 15 years of experience in sales, consulting, and training, I've worked across Europe, South America, and Asia, learning from diverse cultures and refining strategies to enhance service quality and customer relationships. As a trainer and consultant, I use the DISC tool (which I distribute and certify) to help sales teams strengthen their communication, leadership, and motivation. Before going out to sell, it’s essential to work on our inner game—overcoming personal barriers to unlock our full potential. I believe that a company’s success depends entirely on the people behind it. That’s why I’m passionate about working with teams, helping them grow, and making a real impact on how they connect with customers and each other. If you'd like to chat about sales, leadership, or exchange ideas, I'd love to connect: lchiesa@hispa-training.com
