Background

About Luca Codazzi

More than 25 years of life in the Aeronautical Industry, starting from a technical experience with the Italian Air Force and then transitioning to some exciting civil programs in an international environment. This travel brought me to participate in joint programs first with major USA aeronautical companies (Boeing and its supply chain) and then experiencing the Russian counterparts (Sukhoi and Irkut) in a unique joint project between Italy and Russia in the commercial aviation field, such as the SuperJet 100. It was not always an easy life, enthusiastic start-up projects alternate in other circumstances to crisis periods where the target was to strive for survival and business continuation, but every single moment was indeed a personal growth moving from strictly technical to managerial skills. I learnt there’s no success alone, either the team is winning or you will always be a single looser! “Men come first”, only if you invest in people (as an individual properly relating to others, as a manager leading and not commanding and as a company sharing the goals with the team) you will be able to manage the challenges this daily changing world is putting in front of us.
