Toward Complexity I have Counterintuitive / unconventional / Strategic-long term attitude: Reality is indeed a Systems Quest for me; Ease in Complexity and in long term Analysis and Projection, I'm a Policies refiner and Evolutionary Facilitator, Accelerator & Problem-To-Opportunity activator for organizations and people. WIth skills of team building, deep motivator & human behavior organizer, I have developed models of reality and its dynamics. using my profound skills in modern models of change-making: Theory U with its "Emerging Future", 5 Disciplines all that integrated with ethical NLP, NLPU; I can add Systems and Strategic approach, Ericksonian and Hypno language and framing. with complete communication skills. I feel a Strong ethical involvement/mission for Conflict appeasing, build cross-social awareness, and mostly involvement of "adversaries" which is one of my mantras. I have developed a "n-meta framing" model to make changes consistent. Good and deep understanding in many scientific fields. My past technical skills are related to Strong and highly transversal expertise in machinery for industrial plants (mechanics/textile/polymers/food-dairies) powered by Innovative Concepts (machinery, process, ICT, with patents) aim the reliability everything is mixed with a strong attitude toward semplification with very good results in Operations. So cross technologies, Wide market/materials coverage, past IT experience in Win, Web and Industrial, platform migration, data significance. Threfore, I'm Really strong in-Human factors and looking into Complexity, broaden analysis and synthesis of variables on fuzzy systems & problems; build/audit/debugg big/huge projects. I can be "used" for Empowering and enhancing In/Outward ethics for companies as I have essentially a Humanistic Approach with undestanding of humanman dynamics; good Knowledge of Geniality and its Modeling, of Mind and Emotion reading & Motivation.
