I am admitted to the bar of Milan and have acquired a strong expertise in both Italian Labour Law and Data Protection Law through several and significant professional experiences in leading Law firms both national and international. Presently I work for a well known and prestigious Italian Law Firm (Ichino – Brugnatelli Law firm), practicing in employment, labour law and data protection law (e.g. GDPR) Over the years, I have dealt with a great variety of Italian Labour Law issues, providing both judicial and non-judicial assistance to clients, including providing legal opinions and advice, drafting employment agreements, incentive plans, agency agreements, supplier agreements, confidentiality agreements, non-compete covenants and settlement agreements. As consultants, I have also taken part in extraordinary corporate transactions, advising on Labour Law issues related to the mergers and acquisitions, restructuring and reorganizations, and redundancies and downsizing. The Law Firm’s clients are both national and multinational, and include companies spanning from the banking and financial sectors to fashion, telecommunication, chemical and industrial sectors. Specialties:(i) advising on employment schemes for foreign employees, advising on wages and bonuses payment;(ii) assisting management in negotiations with unions on lay-off design, drafting and implementation of restructuring/transfer programs; assisting the management in the enforcement of the restructuring programs;(iv) assistance on expatriates employment regulations and requirements;(v) legal assistance on implementation of stock option plans.
