Program Manager | Space & Defence | Ground Segment & Complex Systems Coordination Program Manager in the Space and Defence sector, with a strong technical background in radar systems and extensive experience managing complex programmes for institutional satellite communication systems. At Telespazio, I am responsible for coordinating a current institutional program of strategic importance, focused on the development of the Ground Segment for government and defence satellite communications. I manage planning, budget, and contractual milestones, ensuring alignment across technical, administrative, and infrastructural domains. I coordinate cross-functional activities and maintain effective governance in the interaction with internal and institutional stakeholders. Previously, at Enel X Way, I served as Project Manager for public AC charging infrastructure projects, consolidating expertise in planning, supplier coordination, and stakeholder management. At Elettronica S.p.A, I worked as a Radar Systems Engineer, responsible for the integration and testing of COTS-based anti-drone systems, managing customer-facing technical activities and using DOORS for requirements management. Earlier, at Rheinmetall Italia, I supported the full lifecycle of an air-surveillance radar system for an international defence program, achieving FAT and SAT milestones under demanding schedule constraints.
