About Luca Dobsky

My interests have always revolved around physical and mental well being. Throughout the years, I have engaged in a wide variety of sports and activities and my experience and passion for athletics propelled me to pursue higher education in this field. After completing my Bachelors of Science in Human Kinetics at the University of Ottawa, I had pursued my Master of Physical Therapy at the University of Western Ontario. I played competitive hockey for over 10 years while overlapping this with consistent resistance training. As my hockey career ended, I began to seek a new sport to engage in and found myself practicing Brazilian Jiu Jitsu on a regular basis. These skills and activities have helped me develop the confidence I need to be successful outside of sport while seeing the value of work ethic and consistency. Through my experience in athletics, I’ve uncovered my interest to teach and help others achieve their optimal health and wellness through proper movement, behavior counselling and guidance on how to make appropriate lifestyle changes.
