thanks to the important roles in my career I had the opportunity to consolidate and meet a big part of the gaming Italian and European business marketMore specifically I developed an excellence sales, marketing and team leader skills. I am in this industry from the beginning at the end of 2007 when regulation commenced in Italy and I have followed every step of its evolution.Since beginning of my work in the gaming industry have always been able to achieve the sales targets that I had been assigned with new and different projects studying every new branches sectors, theirs laws, the strategies of competitors, potential partnerships, marketing strategy, sponsorships, advertising, seo, sem and PPC activities. All this I was guaranteed a high level of respect and good relationships from the market creating a very deep and long partnerships and relationships. I showed immediately also excellent ability to solve the possible issues contractual and succeed so important trade agreements with major gaming companies, external partners as well as take care to resolve any dispute in regulatory with AAMS. I always managed people and different department to achieve targets and final goal through analysis and continues research the improvement of my gaming knowledge. In my past experiences I managed sponsorships contracts with Juventus, Yamaha moto gp, Oktagon (world thai boxe championship), Live Casino events, media buy and advertising agreements, tv spot creativity.I run acquisition, retention and reactivation campaigns using co-marketing actions through partnership with payment method suppliers (paysafe, paypal, skrill, neteller, Epayworld wide net and on shop intermatica) and massive send off newsletters in collaboration with external companies.I manage as a team leader the evaluation, study and integration of GAMIFICATION games and platform in different Betsson group brands with external company, I also looked for the best one to collobarate.
