About Luca Garzone

Graduated in biomedical engineering, faculty chosen following long reflections on medical science, after a brief but significant experience as a clinical engineer in Humanitas, I decided to embark on a growth path in an industrial context, considering the hospital experience necessary and sufficient to develop comprehensive knowledge in technology assessment. As a clinical engineer, in I created a package of structured procedures that led the service to obtain ISO 9001 certification, the first to obtain it in Italy the following year. I then developed in the field of product & marketing manager until I obtained excellent results as a sales manager. I dealt with the definition of strategies, the related development and implementation of tactics, Sales & Product Marketing initiatives, creating Brand awareness and strengthening the company's leadership in the reference markets and customers, and also a group of direct and indirect people. I have led the company to grow steadily even in the double digits year on year, increasing the market shares from the initial 5% to 30%. I am an empathic and assertive person at the same time, who stands out for his determination, enthusiasm and innovation, used to working towards challenging goals at international and national level. My strong point is the ability to grasp the positive side even in adverse events. Aptitude for analysis, spirit of initiative and strong relationship skills complete my profile.
