I’m a professional chef turned food scientist. I’ve worked in the restaurant industry for over 10 years, and made my way to being an executive chef, running a popular Asian fusion food truck. I’ve also worked in fine dining and catering. Once the pandemic hit I switched gears to my current job, creating recipes for large North American grocery giants and franchised restaurants with Tiffany Gate Foods.
