About Luca Gini

I am a very creative person who can easily work independently or as part of a team. I have a very approachable personality and I am always polite to everyone that I talk to, thus making me an ideal candidate to approach customers. I am very good with creating new ideas and following instructions when given. Because of my multi-cultural upbringing, I am fluent in two languages, these being Italian and English. This is because I am a native Italian. I hope in the near future to be able to carry on my customer service skills and achieve a role where I am always learning new things and making sure that every day I can improve on every thing about my role and making sure that I am putting in 100% of me efforts not just for me but the customers/clients that I am working with. One of my best talents is my communication with people. I always love talking to customers and making a connection with them so that both sides can be just as satisfied while also getting deadlines met and and work fully accomplished.
