About Luca Guerrisi

I am a Master's graduate in International Management with a quite international background having been able to live for some time in several cities and countries including Florence (IT), London (UK), Tilburg (NL) and Milan (IT). I have always liked relying on data and I still think that analyzing numbers is the only way, especially in a company, to find the true root of a problem and to identify an opportunity to pursue. But I am also aware that the ultimate goal of analyzing numbers is to find actions and implement them in order to get the desired output, without getting lost in the date or going in circles. I have always had a very analytical mind and a pragmatic approach, being used to deliver outputs and results with short deadlines that will impact the company. In my working experience, I have been used to collaborate with most of the different departments and functions sharing projects and getting in touch with various aspects of the business.
