About Luca James

With more than 10 years of management experience, I consider myself a people first leader. My reason for coming into work every day is to help others. Whether it be inspiring a team to create a positive and memorable experience for others, or investing time and energy into my team members to help them become the best version of themselves. At the end of the day, I show up because I see the value in my people. I am an academic by nature, with a hunger for knowledge and a desire to never stop learning. I have used my Gender Studies degree my roles at both Indigo and Saje on various Diversity, Equity and Inclusion projects. My passion and dream for my career is to continue to do DEI work in the organizations that I'm apart of to help to make it a safer and more inclusive workplace for future generations.
