About Luca Lamperti

I advise and support you in all decision by choosing your wooden floors. For more than 25 years I have been working methodically and systematically on the German market, to sale building products for interior design (flooring, veneer cladding, furniture and elements for kitchens and worktops, stairs, doors, acoustic panels and ceiling cladding) as well as for outdoor areas or mobile equipment (facades, Exterior paneling, outdoor furniture, yacht furnishings and interior paneling for automobiles). In my many years of experience, I have personal contacts across Europe with more than architects, designers, planners, decorators, fitters, installers, construction companies, kitchen and furniture manufacturers. I am also very well introduced to sales channels such as dealers, parquet studios, wood specialists and interior design show rooms that have known me for years. After my marketing training and a few years as an advertising coordinator and product manager for German and Japanese companies in Italy, I work in Germany for Italian and German companies. In my career I have held various management positions, first as technical sales in Baden-Württemberg and area manager for Baden-Württemberg and Bavaria. Then as director of the branch in Stuttgart and key account manager for German customers responsible for international projects, also thanks to my knowledge in four languages. After that I switched and worked as a project manager, business development manager and ultimately as area manager for the DACH region, including Italy and France and for Yachting projects. For me, passion for customer contacts and field service includes, of course, willingness to travel, also office work in my home office south of Stuttgart with strategy planning and appointment preparation, as well as personal participation in meetings in the company with the management and all colleagues involved to implement the company strategy in teamwork. Thanks to my enthusiasm for communication and presentations, I have a special inclination for customer training as well as for the development of new products / special products by exchanging ideas with customers and the production.
