How As an Executive Partner, I don’t just fix problems. I build the systems that prevent them, leading like a true second-in-command: turning vision into structure, ambition into momentum. With a design-led, human-first mindset, I help leaders move from ideas to execution by shifting mindsets, not just methods. Innovation isn’t a moment: it’s a muscle. I embed it through clarity, constructive friction, and deep collaboration. Leadership, to me, means enabling others, not outshining them. 🧩What Historian by training (MA in Social/Economic History & over 10 years of Academic Research activity), shaped by the music industry (Conservatorio di Musica & Digital Music Business specilaist), and evolved through strategy (Management Consulting and advanced System Integrators) I actively operate, from early digital disruption years, in digital environments leading cross-functional teams across martech, service design, and innovation, turning complexity into aciton.
