About Luca Maisl

Hi, my name is Luca, 29 yrs. old. Nice to meet you! In 2019 I graduated with a combined degree in economics at the Management and Business Academy based in Stuttgart extra occupational. Bringing in more than 10 years of experience in different operation positions working along with SAP R3 modules SD and MM (e. g. supply-chain or warehouse management and order processing) also as a key user. Since mid of 2024 I am working in a large-scale business transformation project called FIT4@ZEISS to ensure a smooth transition into the next generation of working with SAP ERP system. This project is the largest business transformation project at ZEISS until today. In my position I am managing business requirements in the context of the global template system in local fit-gap analyses and drive adaptation of E2E processes towards our FIT4 goals of harmonization and standardization. In my personal time I am passionate about sports of any kinds, I am a passionate runner working on marathon distance and play guitar at an intermediate level. I am also passionate about travelling and keen about languages, with a major obsession for the United States.
