Background

About Luca Milani

As a mechanical engineer, I am always looking for innovative solutions to complex problems. I am a natural problem solver, with a keen analytical mind that allows me to approach challenges with an organized and strategic mindset. My love for numbers and simulation, combined with my out-of-the-box thinking, enables me to identify new opportunities for optimization and drive results that exceed expectations. During my work in Siemens Gamesa Renewable Energy, I had the opportunity to apply my professional skills and mindset to a range of incredibly complex projects. In parallel I started exposing my self to project and people management, with the completion of certifications in the field. The feedback I received from my manager makes me think that this has significantly enhanced my stakeholders management capabilities. As a fast learner and a team player, I am always striving to make a difference. Whether working independently or as part of a team, I bring energy, dedication, and a collaborative spirit to every project.
