About Luca Munarini

I am Head of Courses and Events and Marketing Assistant at the German multinational Dentaurum Italia SpA, also leader in the Italian market. For almost eight years I have been managing about twenty events per year, ensuring a good satisfaction (customer experience) from participants and colleagues. I plan, organize and advertise events for dental professionals and assist the marketing department in the implementation of online marketing and communication campaigns, digitally and through participation in trade fairs and conferences. Thanks to the good work done, about 30% of the participants in the courses bought products and services of the company within 4 months of the event; thanks to my support of the sales network, I managed to improve their efficiency. I also prepare and send the necessary material for successful events we attend. I love supporting people in every aspect of their experience with the company during a course, meeting or fair. I also think that training is very important: I have attended several training courses, especially in digital marketing to better understand what tools to use and how best to use them. I also worked as Secretary managing several corporate suppliers and assisting the Management in carrying out their daily activities In my free time, I love cycling, walking and reading books about animals.
