About Luca Pianta
My scientific, clinical and surgical activities particularly focused on endoscopic diagnostic and surgical aspects of inflammatory and neoplastic sinonasal disease as well as on surgical oncology of head and neck area. This is indeed confimed by numerous pratical courses and international experiences: particular training in oncologic surgery of the head and neck district and in endoscopic surgery of the paranasal sinuses, lacrymal pathways, and anterior skull base, was performed during these years. Congress oral presentations, and book chapters further demonstrate my area of interest. More recently, a new chapter concerning snoring and OSAHS surgery has started. Since 2005, I performed more than 1500 surgical procedures concerning basic ENT surgery, endoscopic surgery of paranasal sinuses and skull base, endoscopic surgery of the larynx, surgery for OSHAS, and head and neck surgery.
