Experienced Senior Production Planning & Supply Chain Professional with 20+ years in ERP systems (QAD, Glovia), automotive manufacturing, and operations management. Proven track record in ERP implementation, process optimization, and cross-functional project leadership across Europe and North America. I began my career at JSS in 2002 as an ERP Glovia Super User, implementing MPS/MRP and integrating logistics, production, finance, and purchasing through customized COGNOS reporting. I also managed multiple EDI integrations for major OEMs (PSA, VW, FCA), ensuring seamless data flow and system alignment. From 2002 to 2014, I combined ERP responsibilities with strategic and operational production planning, driving efficiency and accuracy in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. In 2014, I was selected for the QAD Global Core Team, representing European operations in a multi-national ERP rollout. Based in the US for one year, I led key phases from governance and system design to testing, training, and first go-live — delivered on time and successfully. Back in Italy, I became the European focal point for QAD customizations in Operations, Customer Service, EDI, and Shipping. Working with QAD consultants, I redesigned processes, resolved complex challenges under tight deadlines, and navigated organizational change to ensure successful go-lives. Currently I am responsible for end-to-end production planning and scheduling, optimizing inventory and improving forecast accuracy using ERP/MRP systems (QAD). Collaborate with procurement, logistics, and manufacturing teams to ensure on-time delivery and high service levels. Drive continuous improvement and Lean initiatives to boost efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction.
