From February 2025: head of the Rheumatology Division of the University of Udine. Since 2010 membership in professional society:"Società Italiana di Reumatologia"(SIR). Coauthor in over 300 publications (included Abstracts and Letters to the Editor), in international journals, concerning several eziopathogenetic or therapeutic features of different rheumatic diseases, with particular interest on mixed cryoglobulinemia, Sjögren's syndrome, systemic vasculitis, neoplastic and no neoplastic lymphoproliferation in the course of rheumatic autoimmune diseases and on the use of rituximab in mixed cryoglobulinemia and other rheumatic diseases.
