About Luca Rocchi

I have been working in the media sector since 2004, with a professional path that has evolved mainly in Media Centres. In recent years, I have managed a large client portfolio, including J&J, Q8, CEI, Lottomatica, PosteItaliane, Honda, TIM and P&G, tackling different approaches in media planning and strengthening my skills in both the offline, digital and strategic fields, in addition to purchasing responsibility for all clients mentioned. Today I hold the role of account director at OMD, where I supervise two international clients in the automotive and beverage sectors. In this position, I lead a team of 8 people, coordinating clients' media activities from the definition of the marketing strategy (ATL/BTL budget, objectives, success KPIs, ROI media) up to the actual implementation of the same. Managing diverse teams has allowed me to perfect both the interpersonal and technical skills necessary for my managerial role: crisis management, team engagement and, of course, solid skills in creating, developing and managing complex communication projects. My ability to listen and a marked propensity for constructive and innovative proposals, together with a constant commitment to study, innovation and teamwork, complete the professional profile I offer.
