I have a degree in Gastronomic Sciences and Culinary Arts from the Basque Culinary Center with a Master's Degree in Food, Nutrition and Metabolism from the University of Navarra (UNAV - Master E-MENU). I have participated as a gastronomic consultant in different food companies and, after being a cooking teacher for enthusiasts, professionals and television programs in the world of gastronomy, I have now decided to start researching in the field of Nutrition in order to introduce knowledge of gastronomy in this scientific discipline.
