About Luca Siniscalco
Luca Siniscalco is graduated in Telecommunications Engineering at the University of Pisa, Italy in 2011. In the same year he joined Thales Alenia Space as DSP and SW Engineer, for the Industrial Unit Ground. He has been involved in the DSP algorithms assessment, in the DSP SW design and in the AIV phase on several ESA, EC and ASI programs. In particular he worked on the most important ESA\EUSPA GNSS ground reference Receivers such as GRCN-NG, the current and the new generation of RIMS S/S Receivers (RIMS-B and EGEP-ID 63). In the frame of EGNOS, he managed the development of the entire RIMSC G2 S/S. He has been also employed in the HW/SW integration and DSP software development for GISMO (Ground Ionospheric Sensor), COSMO-SkyMed 2G and SMUv2 (Space Management Unit) GNSS Receivers. At the beginning of his experience in Thales Alenia Space, he has been involved on the post processing validation of NSGU, Navigation Signal Generation Unit for the space segment. Currently he is the Head of Navigation SW and Board Support Packages Discipline for the Italian SW Competence Center.
