Background

About Luca Solari

With over 30 years of experience in teaching and researching human resource management and innovation, I am a full professor at Università degli Studi di Milano and a co-founder of OrgTech, a company that provides consulting and coaching services on organizational transformation and digitalization. I hold a PhD in Business Management from Università Commerciale 'Luigi Bocconi' and a certification as a Novelty Coach from Certified Coaches Alliance. My mission is to bridge the gap between research and practice in the field of human resource management and innovation, and to help organizations and individuals adapt to the changing and complex environment. I have published several articles and books on topics such as sense making, creativity, leadership, and organizational design, and I have received the HR Division Best Conference Paper award in 2014. I have also collaborated with various national and international institutions, such as USI Università della Svizzera italiana, Cal Poly State University, Executive Networks, and Fondazione UniMi, as a visiting professor, academic in residence, director, or president. I am passionate about social networking, talent development, and global HR, and I speak Italian, English, and French.
