About Luca Spagnoletti

Passionate about data and technology, I always find time to satisfy my insatiable curiosity for new inventions and technologies. I do believe that data can bring concrete value to companies if taken into due consideration and managed by knowledgeable professionals like myself, who in addition to people and processes, are architects and engines of a true cultural change. I like to innovate by experimenting and thinking outside the box. My background as an economist, on the other hand, helps me to always stay focused on the value that my ideas can bring. Thanks to this mix of attitudes I was able, for example, to reorganize the way of doing Business Intelligence in a centenary bank in record time, completely reinventing the team and the way of working. This reduced time to market by 40% without using additional resources but reorganizing and enhancing the existing team. I don't believe in hierarchies but in continuous leadership and contamination. Those who have worked with me will be able to testify that: I perceive the value in people I make them part of the "project" I contaminate them with passion and enthusiasm and I support everyone's development by understanding their potential and expectations 🥷 Ninja-level skills Business Intelligence Data Driven Artificial Intelligence Analytics Big Data Customer Centricity Growth Hacking Machine Learning Cognitive Computing Data Protection Privacy by design Problem Solving luxpa10@gmail.com
