Executive Director with 26 years of international experience in automotive operations, luxury furniture manufacturing, contract supply chain direction, purchasing, engineering, automation, turnaround projects, leading large multisite industrial manufacturing organizations and complex supply chain footprints, continuously pursuing innovation and world class operations excellence. Currently I’m the Chief Operations Officer at DHL Supply Chain Italy, a 550m€ revenue, people, division of DHL Supply Chain, global leader in contract supply chain services, driving the operations excellence in more than 50 sites in Italy. Before, I have been the Head of Europe Operations at KNOLL International, accountable for three sites, two manufacturing plants, and head of purchasing, supply chain, EHS and quality, product and process engineering of the European subsidiary of Knoll Inc, leading company in interior design and office furniture. Previously I was Director of CNH Industrial San Mauro Manufacturing Plant, producing and delivering all over the world a large range of heavy and mini excavators, CASE and New Holland branded. Previously I was the Head of the EMEA Logistic Engineering, coordinating the logistic engineering teams and activities in 27 manufacturing plants in order to build up and develop a World Class Logistic Industrial System. Previously I was the Head of the Labour Intensive Production Plant at Iveco Madrid. I was accountable for manufacturing the heavy range trucks of Iveco – Stralis (truck of the year 2013) and Trakker - managing more than 1100 people over three different operational units (Chassis Pre-assembly, Vehicle Assembly and Finishing), with responsibility on a multi million euros budget of industrial transformation cost.
