About Lucas Brewster

The day starts with walking my mini-dachshund Teddy followed by a cup of coffee, but after that, everyday brings new challenges that I welcome with open arms and embrace with innovative solutions. Holding a B.Eng in Aerospace Engineering – Space System Design from Carleton University with enough extra-curriculars for two degrees, I’m always eager to learn more, gain a new certification, and never afraid to ask for help to advance through a problem. Currently doing Satellite Operations at Kepler Communications where we are bringing the internet to space! Formerly Parking Operations Inspector with the City of Ottawa and Co-Founder at Obruta Space Solutions focusing on cutting-edge space technology R&D. Free time spent doing astrophotography, going on unnecessarily long bike rides, and camping outside cell range.
