Lucas, automotive engineering student passionate about the industry, graduated in Automotive Mechanics by Senai, with team and leadership skills. Currently studying Automotive Engineering at Fiep UNISENAI PR, focusing on continuous learning and knowledge improvement. I have experience in Lean Manufacturing, with ongoing courses to become a Lean expert. During my journey, I had the valuable opportunity to work with the Lean methodology at Sumitomo Rubber do Brasil. In this experience, I was able to apply the concepts of TPS (Toyota Production System), including kaizen and tire actuation. I am currently delving into this area, dedicating myself to the White Belt and Yellow Belt courses, with the aim of becoming a Lean expert. As a multifunctional operator at Bosch, I optimized the packaging of automotive parts, increasing productivity and ensuring quality. Agile skills in handling parts and operating Bosch equipment were key to success. Actively contribute to the implementation of 5S, promoting an organized and safe environment. My experience demonstrates my ability to identify improvements, adapt quickly and deliver high-performance results. I've been a sports enthusiast since an early age, especially in judo and football competitions, where he won 22 medals. In addition to the passion for sports, neuroscience studies have shown that the regular practice of physical and sporting activity brings many benefits. Stimulates cognitive development, improves concentration, promotes mental and physical well-being, and contributes to the development of social skills such as teamwork, discipline and overcoming challenges.
