As Senior Product Manager at Bomdic, I collaborated with the B2B team—including software architects, data engineers, lead scientists, and QA—to implement the first AI coaching customization for a tier-1 wearable watch manufacturer in China, beating out three major cloud and edge algorithm providers. This engagement secured US$1.1M in revenue. As Product Manager at Acer, I led two cross-functional teams under a JDM model to launch an ECG and stress-detection wearable watch for the 2017 Summer Universiade. Its alpha SDK enabled the acquisition of raw data samples for clinical trials.
