About Lucas Cottini

I am a physician and anesthesiologist turned health entrepreneur, with a track record in building and leading high-impact ventures. I’m currently the Founder & CEO of Jano Saúde, a growing network of clinics delivering high-quality, interdisciplinary, and accessible care to neurodivergent individuals, primarily those with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). Our mission is to offer a new beginning for these individuals and their families, combining clinical excellence, patient-centered experience, and operational efficiency. Prior to Jano, I founded Jaleko, a leading Brazilian health edtech platform designed to transform medical education through technology. Over medical students have used the platform. After its merger with +A Educação, I served as Director of Artmed, the group's health education division, until 2023. I hold a medical degree with specialization in anesthesiology from UFRJ (Federal University of Rio de Janeiro), with part of my training completed at Hôpital Saint-Antoine in Paris, France. My work brings together people leadership, product vision, execution capability, and a deep understanding of the Brazilian healthcare ecosystem, always with a focus on creating meaningful, measurable impact.
